Information we collect
From Shopify
When you install the App, we access information from your Shopify store as permitted by the permissions you grant, including:
- Shop domain and store name
- Order and fulfillment data needed to track shipments (order numbers, fulfillment IDs, tracking numbers)
- Customer name and email associated with shipments
- App installation and session metadata required to operate the embedded app
From carriers and tracking providers
To monitor shipment status, we retrieve tracking information from carriers and third-party shipping services. This may include carrier scan events, estimated delivery dates, delivery status, and related tracking details for tracking numbers linked to your fulfillments.
When we request updates from carriers or third-party shipping services, we share only the tracking number and information needed to identify the carrier. We do not send customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or other personal information to those parties for tracking lookups.
Information you provide
If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to send us (such as your email address, shop domain, order or tracking numbers, and any screenshots or descriptions you include).
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Sync and display your shipments inside the App
- Classify shipments into priority tiers (for example, not yet picked up, flagged, or to watch)
- Update tracking status and provide dashboard analytics
- Store shipment notes and merchant-configured settings
- Respond to support requests and maintain the security of the App
We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the App:
- Shopify — to authenticate your store and retrieve order and fulfillment data via the Shopify API
- Carriers and third-party shipping services — to look up tracking events and delivery status. We provide only tracking numbers (and carrier-identifying information as needed), not customer personal information
- Infrastructure providers — to host and secure the App (for example, cloud hosting and database services)

Data retention
We retain shipment and shop data while the App is installed on your store so we can provide the service. If you uninstall the App, we revoke API access to your store and deactivate your shop account in our systems and temporarily retain some data to allow for continued functionality if you reinstall the app in the near future. We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage of credentials.
